Enjoy a risk-free shopping experience in our online shop! All items with the Free Return badge qualify for free return online at any time within 30 days of receiving. With our money-back guarantee, there are no questions asked. Whether it's an issue with our product (item received is not as described or other quality issues), or because you've simply changed your mind (buyer's remorse), you can reach out to us for a return. Under average processing times, you can expect a refund within 7 days after we process your claim (exception logistics cases excluded).

The item must be unused, undamaged, and come with the original packaging. Your order may be ineligible for Return Assurance if the order value exceeds our price cap of USD 1,000 per order or you are shipping to an address outside of domestic region.

NOTE: We currently support return warehouses in 24 countries including the US, UK, Canada, Germany, Japan, South Korea, and others. Customers outside these regions may incur a 40%–50% handling fee for refunds.

If the delivery fails due to an incorrect or restricted address, we cannot offer compensation. For uncontrollable logistics issues (e.g. fire, theft), we will assist with claims and resend the item.
