Shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery destination and will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

FREE SHIPPING OVER $49

Orders over $49 qualify for free shipping. Eligible customers must select the free shipping option at checkout.

We work with trusted international logistics providers to deliver orders safely and efficiently worldwide. The carrier and delivery method may vary depending on the destination, package type, and local delivery availability.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders containing regular, in-stock items are generally processed and shipped on the next business day after payment confirmation.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination, selected shipping method, customs processing, and carrier availability.

All processing and delivery estimates are based on business days and do not include weekends or public holidays. Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING DELAYS

4inme will make every reasonable effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

If an order is delayed for any reason, we will proactively contact you by email and provide relevant updates.

4inme is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, customs procedures, transportation disruptions, incorrect shipping information, or events attributable to the shipping carrier.

REMOTE U.S. REGIONS

An additional $15 shipping fee applies to orders delivered to the following remote U.S. regions:

Puerto Rico  
U.S. Virgin Islands  
Hawaii  
Alaska

This surcharge is not covered by the free shipping offer. It will be applied at checkout or communicated before the order is shipped.

TAXES & DUTIES

Applicable local taxes, import duties, tariffs, and related charges are included in the product prices and order total displayed at checkout.

Once payment is completed, customers will not be required to pay additional taxes or import duties upon delivery.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

If a package cannot be delivered because the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping or redelivery fees may apply.

RETURNS

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer returns within 30 days of the purchase date.

To qualify for a return, an item must be:

Undamaged  
In its original condition  
Suitable for resale

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

FREE RETURN SHIPPING

For eligible returns, 4inme will provide a complimentary return shipping label, allowing customers to return their items at no additional shipping cost.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY LIMIT

To support sustainable business operations, our return policy applies only to orders with a total value of less than $500.

Orders totaling $500 or more are final sale and are not eligible for return. By placing an order of $500 or more, the customer acknowledges and accepts this condition.

RETURN PROCESS

Before returning an item, please contact the 4inme customer service team within the applicable 30-day return period to request return authorization and a return shipping label.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
